What’s included in Physical Therapy sessions with Sarah
Each session is 1 hour, and we start with an initial evaluation, including a comprehensive history of your injury or condition, tests to determine your tolerance for movement or positions, discussion of your goals for physical therapy, and therapeutic exercises and manual therapy as needed. Following sessions will focus on improving your tolerance for movement or load via exercise progression, as well as a very manageable number of exercises to do between visits (also known as homework!).

TESTIMONIALS
"After injuries and a couple of spine surgeries, I followed through with PTs referred by MDs and 'experts' and kept searching until I found Sarah Court. All PTs are not created equal. Her years of rigorous academic and hands-on study, paired with a very seasoned eye, have proved transformative for me, returning mobility and empowering me with the tools necessary to promote healing in between visits. Her professional manner, stellar knowledge base, and a determination to find therapies tailored to a client's unique situation are unmatched in my experience. I have zero hesitation and great confidence in recommending Dr. Court."
-Peter Barsocchini, screenwriter
"She has added 20 yards to my drives, lowered my blood pressure, improved my footwork in tennis and most recently aided in my rehab from hip surgery. As a bonus, one can have intelligent conversations with her!"
-Ellis Jones, CEO, Wasserstein & Co.

Meet Sarah:
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy based in Los Angeles, and I provide in person and online sessions that blend my decades of yoga, Pilates, and physical therapy rehab experience. I work with everyone from teens to seniors, and with conditions ranging from orthopedic injuries or surgeries (think ankle sprain or hip replacement) to more chronic neurologic conditions like multiple sclerosis or Parkinson’s disease. I promote movement therapy for all my clients as the best way forward to improve pain, regain the ability to play a sport, or simply to improve your confidence in your own physical capabilities. I also use manual therapy whenever it’s appropriate to support your rehab needs.
