A bit off topic. A magic thinking place offering electrostimulation and exercise coaching just opened across the road. Of course they put a free trial flyer in my mailbox. I am somewhat sceptical that 20 minutes of very expensive coaching can really make me strong and fit. I like your podcasts and would be interested in your opinions
We only recommend the boring basics: regular exercise of any kind! Glad you like the podcast!
